Grilled Tuna
Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 pieces tuna loin (6-8 oz ea)
2T olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Preheat grill and rub the tuna on both sides with olive oil and season
with salt and pepper. Grill the tuna for 3-4 minutes on each side until
the internal temperature reaches 130°. Be careful not to overcook
the tuna, as it will dry out and loose its flavor.
Serve and enjoy!
